It’s my favorite month of the year!!!! There is a beautiful first Advent Sunday discount in this newsletter. Have a very important tip of the week. I also have a nice video for everyone. Advent Sunday

The best time of the year (for me anyway) has begun with the first Sunday of Advent. This day means I can start putting out my Christmas decorations. I have a lot of Christmas decorations. A lot. Pretty much all bought at a discount and so didn’t have to spend a bunch of money. One has to be smart and buy when there is a discount. That way you can buy nicer things at a cheap price.

I also have a huge pile of crocheted Christmas decorations and every year more and more are added. Where I will keep all of that in a few years I really don’t know 😂😂.

Below is a short video that I made of the Christmas decorations that I have already put out.

The crocheted decorations in this video are all made with my Christmas crochet patterns. Below are the links to each pattern for those who want them too. The links are as they come in the video. So first doll is the first link.

As you can see in the video, my tree is very full. I am of the kind that hangs a Christmas tree so full of decorations that you can barely see the tree. I got that from my cute grandmother who used to do the same. There is not a branch with nothing on it. And think at least more than 100 baubles on my tree 😂😂😂😂

First Advent Discount

This discount is valid today only and only via bank transfer or PayPal. For both options you have to send me a message. You can do this here:

1. Via Whatsapp. To do this, click on that pink chat icon at the bottom right of the screen here and then click on the green Whatsapp icon.

I would like you to send a receipt. This is to make sure you paid today. I ask because when I gave a big discount last time, 2 of the people who ordered then didn’t pay until a week later when the discount was already gone. That was understandably less fun for me.

The next Barbie pattern

Coming soon is another Barbie pattern. I’ll let you guys choose. You can let me know here in the comments at the bottom. Or under my post about this newsletter on Facebook. The one most chosen I will make. And 1 of the people who chose it will get the pattern for free.

The same person choosing multiple times is allowed. But do it all in the same message and a maximum of 10 different things. That way we keep it organized.

Only in Indonesia

I have nice pictures for you again. Here they are with explanations underneath.

Photo 1: Cloudburst. In less than an hour, my yard was flooded. It then rained further and harder until the water entered the garage. In the village across the street, people were up to their asses in water. The fire department came after the rain to help pump out the water.

Photo 2: A beautiful sunset this week. I was still crocheting at the time and my son suddenly walked up to me. He said you should really come out for the sunset. So I went outside and stared at the sky. Beautiful color!!!!! Walked to the beach with my cell phone (50m from my house) and immediately took pictures. I was not the only one taking pictures on the beach. There were many people gawking at the sky. It is not every day that it is such a fantastic sunset.

Photo 3: This was on the way to school. A pig had escaped into the village. That one walked to the main street, crossed the street at her leisure in that traffic from here and then ate some food along the street until her unsatisfied owner found her.

Tip of the week

Downloading on Etsy…..something that so many people don’t understand. It’s not hard but so many people try to download in the Etsy app and that is not possible. They then try through the download email to download. But if you are sent to the app through the email then downloading is not possible either. The easiest thing to do is just go to your account on the Etsy WEBSITE and download in your purchase list there.

What also happens is that people accidentally create 2 accounts on Etsy with 2 different emails. They buy the pattern on account 1 with email 1 and then look for the download email in email 2 or account 2. And that doesn’t work of course.

And if downloading just doesn’t work due to bad reception or some other reason, don’t panic. You just send a message to me and I will send your order with a regular email. This is not a problem for me. So rest assured, you will get your order 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
