(this is the KNITTED VERSION OF MY SOLDIER PATTERN. For a crochet version, please have a look at my crochet FOR THE FALLEN PATTERN)
Update: On Sept 17th, 2023 I fixed a typo in row 29. This should be 16 and not 19
This knitted soldier is 23cm or 9inches tall and he is made with “FINGERING” weight yarn suitable for amigurumi and size 2mm straight knitting needles.
You will need these colors: beige – brown – grey – green (a kind of moss green) – skin color – red – uniform brown and a strand of black
You will also need: stuffing – tapestry needle – scissors – pencil – glue – glue pin – sewing pins – cardboard – 14mm safety eye/piece of black felt/black button
Knitting needles: 2mm straight knitting needles
This pattern includes a written pattern and lots of pictures to help you along.
